Supported Living
Vital Lives is committed to providing a secure environment for young people which is conducive to their individualized needs thereby ensuring that they feel cared for and develop the necessary skills to care for themselves.
What We do
We are a provider of bespoke semi-independent living services, and we primarily work with 16-25 year-old care leavers and young people including unaccompanied asylum-seeking children and young people.
Vital Lives will support you gain or further develop the skills you need to move on into independence we will support you to develop an understanding of budgeting, financial literacy, claiming benefits you may be entitled to, to access support for health, mental health needs as well as the dentist. We will encourage you to attend College or take up formal employment and ensure that if you have any challenges you have the right support and advice.
Residential Children’s Homes
The homes create an independent living environment with a homely atmosphere, allowing privacy
and social functioning to ensure that you feel at home at Vital Lives.
Semi Independent Supported Accommodation
We will be working in partnership with local authorities and all relevant agencies to provide you with safe and secure accommodation. The opportunity to develop independent living skills in one to one and group sessions. The opportunities and services available for education and employment and or training.

Services
Our main focus is to help you develop and maintain as much independence and control as possible, whilst experiencing an improvement in your quality of life. Our service is delivered by trained and highly experienced support workers. Services can be provided 24hrs a day 365 days a year, with a staff member on site 24/7 if necessary and floating support available depending on the level of the young person’s needs.
Education & Employment
Support and access to apprenticeships, training and education. We will help identify colleges, courses and employment opportunities…
Accommodation
We will provide a clean, friendly and homely environment and accommodation – with a starter pack to provide you with your daily living essential…
Health
We will ensure you are aware of the location of the nearest hospital, NHS walk in health centre, sexual health clinic, alcohol, drug and substance misuse service,
The Vital Lives team will work with you and support you in all areas where you may need support, ultimately; we want to help you achieve positive outcomes. We work in an accountable manner and we have an open-door policy, we encourage our young people and staff to raise complaints, feedback and contact us at any time and we are confident that wherever any issues arise, we will work together to address them.
